Probably going to work. Just another company trying to wring money from their user base since they can’t reasonably grow. So many people were like “oh I’m cancelling Netflix if I can’t share it” and then it was record sign ups for them and overall more money.

They are doing this right before The Boys comes back on and somewhat during Invincibles part 2 airing. People will be annoyed and pay the upcharge.

And like me pirating those still won’t change much since I already was.

You could say that about any pet snake really, but as long as you’re a good snake owner it’s not a big risk. They eat once every week or two on a schedule and the general rule of thumb is don’t cuddle with them when it’s feeding day. Feed them in a special container that’s only association and purpose is feeding.

After a bit of that they catch on and you can dangle your hand in their face all you want. They’ll understand you are the food source and not a threat. Then you get to chill with them, since they are cold blooded they like cuddlinga with your warmth quite a bit. It’s another rule of safety just don’t let them get a coil around something like a leg or what have you.

Snakes are cool pets just pretty high maintenance. I could see this snake being even more lazy since it’s so big, but moving it has to be a two man job.

I’m sure too people will be like “oh but you played 40 hours! It can’t be that bad” but the first 10-15 are misery from a gameplay perspective, like you’re just trying to level up to get more carrying capacity and get more combat options.

I got an uno reverse sticker (Etsy), and it’s just endless compliments lol. Like to the point I’m like “I know I know” but the initial confusion on people is still hilarious. Like “did this mf really just hand me an uno reverse?”

I think uncanny valley isn’t quite the feeling I’m describing. Maybe I’m being pedantic but it’s different than that. Image generation can create some realistic people who completely avoid uncanny valley. It’s just AI generated people have like “thumbprints” of AI. Like a certain sheen, similar creases, and a ‘generic’-ness.

Maybe it’s something that comes from looking at them a bunch. I spent a lot of time messing with stable diffusion making stupid shit. And it’s like I guess the same feeling when you watch movies with a cinematographer/director you’re familiar with. Like even it’s a movie you haven’t seen before, the color pallet, composition, and framing is like “oh this was made by x.”

I’ve been impressed by how detailed and realistic some pictures are but like the lighting is a huge giveaway.

Thanks to AI I know the answer is yes. They give me a vague feeling of “off” no matter how good it is.

But some people can’t be convinced that a picture of a poreless six fingered woman with extra eyelids is AI generated. So, person to person.

Idk you’d probably get these weird try hard fans who start a discord to figure out which theater is playing which ending and start traveling to see them all in person and claim they are real fans. Then get incredibly aggressive over Twitter about it all and at least a decent amount of people would go see it a second time just to experience it.

Like those weirdos who pay thousands of dollars to go to the same spot in Disney land every day for two weeks and gets to be hyped in the discord/reddit because “I’ve been riding this ride every day for my vacation and it finally happened guys. I was there and Cumbumblelan came out and did the Cumbumblelan ride intro!!! Worth it!” And then people are demanding a time so they can find some pattern so hopefully they can see Cumbumblelan when they are there on vacation and can vlog it.

I find Windows way more egregious, it will allow you to set it but not really, half of anything you do will open edge and then they’ll occasionally reset your default browser with bugger updates.

Yeah, I was lucky to get the crazy ass unemployment during covid like week one. And I was applying to jobs but not hearing shit back. I had essentially four months of making more money than I had at that point. ($900 a week is pretty goddamn good) and wanted a job super bad lol. Like I was definitely picky but a good fulfilling job can’t be beat. You can only do hobbies so long before you’re doing them to fill time and they loose luster.

Ended up learning programming in that time and started that as a career and am doing incredibly well. So I do love my job and know I’d rather do that than nothing

There’s a shortage of it. They cant produce enough of it right now. So pretty prolific. Also it’s an injection.

But there’s online services that will let you get it for weight loss for like $200 a month and practically no push back because they are operating in a weird online pharmacy grey market. The Verge just did a big article about it. But that worked so well that company isn’t doing it anymore because they caused a shortage and can’t supply themselves.

I was interested at first but then slowly came in the freedom of speech stuff.
