Runner Up: Spain 🇪🇸 ( Portugal’s age-old rival who has always bested them in Euro or WC competitions between 2008 through 2012. Portugal has made up so much ground in terms of talent in the past decade, plus where it seems like both national squads are equal in terms of talent and football quality)
Dark Horse: Croatia 🇭🇷 ( Been close to winning a couple of times, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up being close here )
Top Scorer: Bellingham 🏴 ( Yeah he’s that good )
Top Playmaker: Tchouaméni 🇨🇵 ( yeah he is also that good and yes ironic that it’s Real Madrid teammates that share their respective titles )
Top Goalkeeper: Diogo Costa 🇵🇹 ( people seem to forget that he is 24yrs old? Extremely young and is already a really great keeper with Porto and I’m surprised that a big name club has not swept in and transferred for him. This tournament is his to show what he’s got and with Portugal’s new found scoring prowess, there is a high chance that he will draw some clean sheets depending on matches played )
Biggest Disappointment: Germany 🇩🇪 ( something has gone horribly wrong with this squad and I can’t place my finger on it but ever since their WC win in 2014, it seems like this national team is cursed )
