I’m getting 6 to 9 hours with the Ryzen 7 on Windows 11. I have a 65 watt power bank to back it up if needed. If I’m gaming with my 13 then I only get 2 to 4 hours depending on the game.

Keep in mind that many features of the CPU and GPU are turned off by default on Windows 10 with 5th and 7th Gen Ryan’s as they were developed for Windows 11.
I should add that it worked fine on my Framework 11th gen i7, and also works fine on my desktop and my HTPC. My new AMD framework is the only one having this issue.
Been using 11 on my frameworks since my first one with an 11th Gen i7. It works just fine. The new UI takes some getting used to but once you do, 10 will feel and look so outdated and old to you.
First time boot with amd can take up to 10 minutes depending on the brand, speed and timing of your ram. It’s training the memory, figuring out the best speeds and timing to use. It may do that up to three times but usually only once. After that it boots quick and easy. If it continues to do that with every boot, try changing out the ram (if you can) or try removing one stick and see how it does. Trade sticks after it settles and repeat. If the problem persists with one stick and not the other, replace the problematic one.
