I think the Orlando GK got a yellow during half time.
Is this a hot take? 99% of all startups die within the first few years.
It matters because the party has some methods of coercing a rep. to vote with the party (lack of access to the caucus, fundraising, joint marketing, etc). The switch removes that pressure, so I’d bet we’ll see her vote with conservatives even more now since there’s nothing for her to lose.
And, most voters don’t know what a rep does, only who they caucus with, so this will really matter at the next elections (whereas staying with the Dems might have still allowed her to win if she got through any primary challengers).
I heard people guessing that the other coach said something to him about wasting time at the end, but haven’t heard anything from a good source.
Pineda had some word with the Montreal coach and other staff was holding him back. I don’t think I’ve seen him that animated before.
I’m happy to see him return to form
I guess the good news is that it’s just a loan, so we could recall Ibarra at the end of the season if Sosa doesn’t stay healthy.
As I understand it, we got “caught” using too many u22 players and had to get rid of one. I think all the fans (and Ibarra) assumed it would be Sosa because he’s hurt all the time.
Interestingly, Josef Martinez responded “same shit” to Ibarra’s IG post about it.
I feel like that website is from an alternate universe where they speak something like English, but not quite English.
Man, I work from home and generally have no fixed schedule outside of business hours … so pretty much you name it.
I really hope we didn’t replace Gutman for a Ligue 2 player.
If you don’t know, PRO (the company that handles refereeing in MLS) posts Inside Video Review weekly and it shows behind the scenes of video reviews that happened that week. Hearing the conversation the VAR team and on-field ref has is really interesting and I’ve learned a lot watching them.
This week, the first review is ATLUTD with the trip of GG and why it ended up not being a PK.
I might be down to hang out.
I, too, have an odd career – mostly small companies, consulting, then real startups, and now a big company. And during all that moved from VB to C# to Ruby to Devops to pure Infrastructure.
Here are mine:
I think it’s early tech adopters are just excited about something nice and will play nice to try to hero it grow. I remember the early internet being a really nice place.
It’ll get ruined soon enough.
Man, I’m going to ruin that place with money.
