The narrative that the media are trying to make is ridiculous. Funny how Mikel is charged for bringing the game into disrepute, but di zirbi and poch aren’t, and surely this false narrative construction birngs the game and league into more disrepute than anything Mikel points out about objectively poor standards.

I looked at the league based on the league finishes last year to see how difficult each team’s run has been.

It leads to some interesting finds though. Chelsea and United have seemingly had the ‘easiest’ runs so far. Spurs are due a reality check. we are about right and City/Liverpool are up for an easier run at some point.

I’m no data whizz so if things don’t seem right I’m more than happy to pass the file over.
