Stop the clock during added-on time for ball out of play, substitutes, etc. Would stop goalies wasting time to run the clock down or teams making 4 subs with a minute left to try and stay ahead. Cheeses me right off when that happens.

It’s hard for the ref to keep track of every extra second wasted or needed when you’re already in added on time, and sometimes 90+4 becomes 90+7 for no clear reason.

I’ve always thought similar to this, but give an extra point for winning by 4+ goals. So 4-0, 5-0, 5-1, 6-0, 6-1, 6-2, etc.
