Do you happen to have FSR enabled in SteamOS settings?
There is a weird bug right now that caps fps when enabling FSR when docked. Could be a “just me” bug, but i’m not sure if it is my dock, or my TV.
Happens with Official Dock, and with the earlier JSAUX dock.
