He’s pissed because Obama got one. We can’t forget that one (of many other) foundational reasons for Trump to run for president was because Obama mocked him at a dinner party. Will there be a need for more controls in the future? Absolutely! Right now they’re largely behind a terminal and a machine we can control. But what about drones or non-humanoid bots? Then there’s a case for undue harm
