I dont think there is a single thing more cringey than “Heat culture”

They think they are like the “Patriot way” but actually bought 3 rings and have only devolved 1 star player the last 20 years.

The fans talk about it like the heat are so much different than the rest of the NBA. News flash, all the best teams want high character guys and to compete for rings.

Maybe the practice harder than most teams? But you think that is different than many great teams in league history?

I find it hard to believe that the Miami Heat’s culture is all that special. They acquire great players with impeccable work ethics. How do you think Steph Curry’s work ethic is? Or Tim Duncan? Or Kobe (rip).

Heat culture is cringe. Look at the last 5 finals MVPs. Don’t they all have amazing work ethics and are high character guys? I would say they do.
