Historically what’s August increase vs July? Specifying past 8 months send l seems to be aimed at ignoring the usual university demand.

I think during early growth rule 2 should allow a broader section of Nova Scotia; and 3 should be lax in regards to one-off advertisements (Allow one post along the lines of buy tickets for $LIVE_BAND at $HFXBAR, allow tourism ads for anywhere in the province)
