I’ve been here a year and I probably still don’t know much about the Fediverse. I played/watched a bunch of video games and might want to tell someone about them. My tabletop RPG days are behind me.

Also, look at that crunch time. “One of the programmers had quite a hard time of it, and two of them decided not to make games any more because of Mario 64. Not because they didn’t enjoy it, but because they’d burned themselves out.”
@OutofPrintArchive@mstdn.games I find it interesting that this review doesn’t mention the computer telling you where to go at all, but its also correct you had to find your own way to security rooms.
Contrary to the verdict box, you could not play the original Metroid within Metroid Fusion. You could get a GBA link cable and unlock it in Metroid Prime, along with the Fusion suit skin for that game. No save states in that emulator, just the password system.

@OutofPrintArchive@mstdn.games When it was localized as Illusion of Gaia for North America, the difficulty was increased in a strange way. The healing item in the game (the herb) was already only available in a finite number, but they were reduced from a full heal to restoring 8 HP. Would you happen to know if the same happened to the European localization, Illusion of Time?
@OutofPrintArchive I still don’t get why people took armor off of Kuros (in this and in Video Power), when the armor he wore was what made him distinct.
