We watched Raya do pretty much the exact same thing against City and we didn’t treat him like he was Runarrson level.

It is a massive blow for Burnley but that makes it even more “impressive”, for want of a better word, in my eyes - they are in full support of the human behind the player regardless of how it affects their position in the league.
Best of luck to the lad, I hope he can overcome his struggles and live his best life.
He’d drop the box of family heirlooms and break them all then blame you for it
Antony should have seen red for that.
But yeah he’s definitely not a bad tempered rat faced cunt prone to outbursts of violence is he? 😂
Phil Foden is such a snidey little scrote
Wouldn’t be surprised if Arteta was asking why he blew up on 97 on the dot when a Chelsea player was down injured for about 90 seconds during injury time itself, which should have also been added on.
Akanji rightfully getting a second yellow for the exact same thing Konate wasn’t given a second yellow for earlier on today. Have to love the consistency shown by the PGMOL
Doku is a Waitrose Nuno Tavares
Fair play to Everton for going for it in the last 10 minutes. That risk of getting caught was always there. Neither team has been good today, and while Everton shot themselves in the foot twice they can also feel a little hard done by at the same time.
I think Everton could grind out a point here. Liverpool’s strength is hitting on the break into wide open spaces and Everton are not going to play in a way that will let that happen.
Wait. Players can be sent off for two extremely obvious yellow cards now? Even if it’s early on in a big match?? 😂
Stupid challenge from a player who should know much better
That’s the thing! It is just Premier League!! And people still just call it Barclays. I just read something on F365 about Wenger and the writer referred to “the first 15 years of Barclays”…it wasn’t even sponsored by Barclays at all until 2001.
As I said, such a minor thing but…grrrrr
I get so annoyed when people refer to the league as just “Barclays”. Nobody calls La Liga the “Santander” or Ligue 1 as the “UberEats”. It’s such a small thing but it does my head in 😂
It makes perfect sense. Which is why it won’t happen. Luton v Newcastle it is
He wasn’t HaalandTron 3000 but he was producing for us in the league and the CL (think he scored in his first 3 CL games for us) up until like November/December and then fell off a cliff. I don’t even think he scored in the league for the rest of the season after Van Persie came back
He got off to a flying start with RVP out injured, he looked absolute quality, then RVP came back and Chamakh turned into a donkey overnight
Rest In Peace Terry Venables
