oh yeah I know it’s not normal. there was something about a “kernel error (bug)” and failing to interpret a BIOS symbol, and also ACPI errors that may or may not be related. the hardware is kinda old, it’s a z390 taichi motherboard. the 1st m.2 slot failed on me during the first installation attempt and I had to go to a backup so obv it’s not in the best shape. I figure I’ll worry about a clean (canonical free) distro when I can also be free of nvidia. for now It’s just bloodborne :3 time unless I gotta upgrade the card right away, 8gb VRAM is kinda rough.

I was able to disconnect the cellular antenna on my 2015-2020 car and replace it with a dummy load. funny enough I found the lojack device the dealership had in their while doing this so I removed that too. that’s good enough for me.

I went to the paper and if you’re struggling to interpret the x-axis like I was, the paper labels it “song-specific age” i.e. the age the person rating the song was when the song was released. Y axis is “standardized musical preference”.

it’s really fucking with me that neither axis follows a progressive ordering so I’m going to post a fixed (debugged) version. EDIT: lmao this is the most fucked up, inconsistent alignment chart I’ve seen. here it is fixed:
