I hate how they’re pulling this stuff too but… you chose to pay for this service. Do you really NEED remote start?

We have the same issue in gaming, people complain about not-finished games but STILL pre-order crap. The problem for both is people are still handing money over for it.

Loosening them like that isn’t too risky and is often how you need to on the fronts if doing it manually (pretty sure parking brakes are only on the rears) or else the wheel will just spin. Not a big fan of turning the tires though, but I guess he was thinking they may have rust on the hub or something.

They’re likely either rusted on (had one that was before and it broke the stud) or crossthreaded. Most people don’t put loctite where the manual calls for it, so I really doubt they did so on lug nuts.
