I use it in part as a console docked to my tv. For the most part it’s pretty good. Better performance than my switch, propably not as good as the big consoles though. But I can play everything I want. The only problem I have is that getting an input signal to my TV is always this song and dance of powering everything on one after another in a specific order. Otherwise it doesn’t show an image for some reason. This seems to be more common problem with the dock and Samsung TVs but doesn’t effect any of my monitors.

I could see a Steam Deck light. But I doubt they are going to drop a full new version in 12 months. They don’t have the numbers in units to be on the cutting edge and price competitive as they are.
