Keep waiting 🤷 I haven’t been through the process myself but their customer service has a great reputation. You might not get a reply until Monday though, depending on where the support service is located. Thanksgiving and the day after are holidays for a lot of businesses here in the US and the weekend is right after.
I’ve heard there’s a problem with the latest update and many external monitors. Probably impacts projectors just the same and should hopefully be resolved with the next update.
