The Championship doesn’t have to take them. They could, theoretically, go down to National League.

There should be a time limit on VAR if you can’t make a decision in 2 minutes or send the ref to the screen in 2 minutes, then the on field ruling stands.
I have no idea how the VAR ref can’t immediately say “Stop the match. Go look at it” in less than 60 seconds.
Nah, Big 6 was already a stretch (really it’s big 5 cuz Spurs haven’t won anything).
Sometimes there are things players bring that are hard to quantify.
Kai actually has provided steel in the middle of the park and is a threat in the air. Also, it was clear after Xhaka left that Arteta wanted size in the #8 position.
I’m not saying he’s been secretly stellar or anything like that, but there are aspects to the game that don’t involve assists and scoring. On top of that, Arsenal are 1st with a decent run of matches coming up and haven’t even been fully fit.
I’m not gonna complain about one guy given the situation.
I don’t know how you can be that into anything and not be odd.
If anything they’d join other PL clubs. People seem to forget just how rich the PL is compared to the rest of the world. Instead you’d see those players joining the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, or Villa.
Just a bunch of Toxic content. United realistically won’t get relegated so they’ll just have a massive fan base that suffers with them.
The Lakers and the Knicks are still big draws in the NBA and they’ve both had long periods of sucking.
Sin bin for 10 minutes
Saliba, I don’t think I’ve seen a CB so confident and efficient in 20+ years for Arsenal.
Nah, I love Trossard but he’s too small. Part of the idea of Kai in the 8 is that he wins the ball in the air and passes progressively. (He hasn’t really but that’s the idea)
A diminutive CM might work in Spain, but in the PL I think it’s asking to get bullied.
It’s amazing how City and Arsenal are playing objectively worse football with key injuries and are STILL 1-2
Emery inherited a mess at Arsenal. But also the profile was way too big. He thrives at medium clubs that are looking to push to the next level. Sevilla’s Europa dominance is in part because of him. Villarreal was great under him as well.
But PSG and Arsenal were flops because the spotlight doesn’t suit him. Villa has been a perfect fit for him in England.
Good Ebbning
Spurs didn’t just lose to Chelsea, one starting CB on three game suspension and another out for weeks or (potentially) months. Madison is out till January and none of your replacements are anywhere near the level of those three.
If Son goes down the season is damn near a wash. Not to mention Ange proved himself tactically stubborn when he COULD HAVE pulled out a point from a lackluster Chelsea.
In a vacuum, yes it’s just one match. But contextually I can’t think of one match that could have gone WORSE for Spurs.
If Everton was hit with 10 points for ONE violation, there’s no way 30 is sufficient for 100+ violations.
Fines + relegation is the only recourse. Not to mention Everton cooperated fully with the investigation and didn’t stall for years. If the PL wants to maintain ANY credibility in terms of their financial rules, they have to bring the hammer down hard here.
