LOL @ the gap where Neelix died
I watched this at full volume at work and my boss offered me a raise what does it mean
It’s centralized and for-profit. They will have to do ads eventually or shut down.
That’s the user downvoting the copy of the post on their own instance. If OP doesn’t have downvotes then those votes won’t federate.
exactly. the only kind of self expression anyone needs is going on lemmy and making smug comments.
no they need it look it up
Is there crypto stuff in Firefox? Also I like the Pocket integration…
My sad take is that I felt like I noticed a shift in the opinions of fandom after that infamous Red Letter Media review in 2012. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love those reviews and think they’re hilarious, but a lot of Redditors (and Lemmy-ers) seemed to look at the Plinkett character as someone worth emulating instead of despising.
Not to people with a financial interest in promoting Monero.

I don’t think this one is so bad. Polarized plating reduced the effectiveness of energy weapons the same way polarized sunglasses reduce the glare from the sun.
If anything a vague “shields up” makes even less sense.
OP asked for examples and the comment in question (along with your reply) gives the appearance that you’re both just making up nonexistent situations in order to complain about a TV show.
Is this example actually real or is it made up?

It’s not a single person instance either, it’s just using your own domain in your handle.
This sucks (Was it really costing much money to run?) but as long as Firefox continues to work with full-flavor ublock I’m happy.
