Cause found: App formvox broke mimetypes for me. Disabled, it works again. Additionally, I had an incomplete list of mimetypes in db, fixed via occ maintenance:mimetype:update-db

Turns out, the “unscanned” was just a tag from some app. I’ve remove those. But still the main issue remains: No picture has a thumbnail, all pictures download instead of rendering in browser

I do use QoS on my router, but that’s not what I want: I want it explicitly on OS level. If that doesn’t prioritize in the first place, it’s one hop lost with bad/missing prioritization. In my example, my bad ping was actually with enabled router-prioritization. It’s not enough.
