Totally agree. The only reason I feel different is I could see on the pitch a clear upgrade from Leno to Ramsdale. So far I haven’t seen that upgrade from Raya to Ramsdale (maybe my puny brain isn’t seeing the subtleties but I can only say it as I see it).
I don’t really understand this, Raya has made some clear mistakes on the ball yes but in the 4 games Ramsdale played he let in very soft goals vs Fulham and Man U… which he was doing for a whole season and a half before that as well. The amount of comments I’ve heard saying ‘harsh he’s done nothing wrong’ when he clearly has just baffles me. If Raya let in that goal vs Fulham we’d never hear the end of it
It s not just shot stopping it’s literally everything- raya is in top right corner and Ramsdale is like lower left or at least significantly farther down
