Renovation. Will be partially completed by mid 2024 or late 2024. And fully by 2026. But then again it can extend.
Is the capacity changing or just being given a lick of paint?

Capacity does not matter much, it’s just more modern design, better arrangement for so called VIP, stadium will be used a lot for concerts etc, also due to semi roof, good for fans when it rains or summer heat.
