Okay hear me out…the head and other body parts shouldn’t count unless they are the part that controls the ball. His head is offside but his feet aren’t which is what he uses and controls the ball with.
Why add more complexity and subjectivity into it? You’d just be creating more opportunities for mistakes. The offside law needs to be simplified, not made more complex.

when people count feet, then disputes will be if the boot counts, how about those boots that cover the ankles, your boot bigger than my boot etc.
