    Ok, there is a lot of gloom and doom going around. Some of it is warranted, some of it isnt. However, I have to agree with Tuchel criticism. He is supposedly a brilliant tactician, yet I dont see it whatsoever. The team is completely reliant on individual brilliance. Thats not the sign of a great manager. I have no idea what is wrong with him. Either we made a terrible mistake in hiring him, or he is just a fluke
