The cynic in me is wondering if the club saw how weak the bottom of the league is this season which removed their urgency to bring in a real Mitro replacement, or other big signings. I can’t see this Fulham team getting in a relegation battle this year. Definitely not satisfying as a fan to stagnate mid table though. But everyone was saying how weak the striker market was this summer, maybe we just continue to build a financial platform to make a big splash and push next season
You’re most likely going to lose Palhinha in the winter transfer window, so while you’re almost certainly safe this season, you desperately need some serious signings next season or you’ll be in trouble
