it’s nice to be as high as we are considering the quality of performance to date. I’d much rather this team end the season hitting top gear rather than starting fast and petering out.
Are you the Key Master?
The grand scheme of things, drawing against Chelsea is not really a bad thing. We are still unbeaten in the league, only third due to Goal difference.
We got a point despite playing poorly for 70 minutes at an away match. Chelsea has gotten a grip and played well for the last 2-3 matches as well.
That being said, if we want to win the league, the performance against Chelsea is not acceptable. Rain, waterlogged pitch, away match, or whatever, we Need to turn this into 3 points. We just need to get better.
We can’t always blame VAR or refereeing issues. We just have to accept that they will go against us every game and every match.
Yeah nah we look at our own performances here, not anyone else’s. You’re right.
The biggest quick takes from these matches is the drop in concentration against Spurs which cost us flipped positions. Also, yet another decision that shouldn’t have been, followed by the worst 50 or so minutes I’ve seen from us this year at Stamford. Proving we don’t have room for luck or taking our foot off the throat.
As you say, we just need to get better.
It not the worst, the real test is how we bounce back and I don’t just mean the next match. I hope arteta and the players takes something away from the game
This is the best the away kit has ever looked

Australian Allardyce has a tough next fixtures coming up. Will not be surprised if Villa is above them after gameweek 13.
They are playing well, they have a lethal finisher which we dont have and they have 3 amazing signings in udogie, maddison and van de ven. Even the keeper looks quality.
Sadly this is going to be rough unless they get a key injury or teams work out how to avoid their press.
Seems like all their goals come from intercepting misplaced passes while playing out from the back. Note to all lower level teams just go long.
Can’t wait to them slide down this fridge come February
