Notice the column for “complete cockups” hasn’t been provided. Wonder why…

Because Ramsdale would have loads of those too. Arteta wants high risk high reward play. Shit is going to happen.

If crosses claimed by keeper stat was part of this graphic I’m sure Raya would be far ahead of Ramsdale too. He’s simply a better keeper for the way Arteta wants to play.

Think stats can be deceiving at times think it’s time to give ramsdale a go thought he was unlucky to lose his place.

Seems like some people like Ramsdale booting it frequently when he gets pressed. When he does that, the ball comes straight back at us. That’s how we have lost control of games in previous seasons.

Anfield last season, even at West Ham. You can’t play like that and expect to compete with Man City.

Arteta is clear on that. The jury is out on whether Raya is the ideal keeper to do what Arteta wants, but you’re simply wrong if you think hoofing it whenever you are pressed while limiting “errors” is good.

I knew this was coming 👀. I’ll root for whoever’s in the sticks but Ramsdale has been the better GK.

Yall are so dumb bro, they’re keepers not midfielders. I think before any passing stats are looked at you should look at goal keeping stats before anything and then go from there. Yes players and teams are becoming more progressive by playing out from the back but not every team has a need for that.

The key point will be if Raya learns from his mistakes.

Everyone makes mistakes but from what I’ve seen with Ramsdale, he doesn’t always learn and gets in his head too much.

Can we give it a rest for a bit now with the GK comparisons? Seriously am I the only one bored out of my mind with it?
