I have worked with both affluent and lower income children who have been abused, and many who don’t have their basic needs met. These children often experience depression/anxiety, particularly as they enter adolescence. Are these people ‘weak minded’, too? Was Abraham Lincoln ‘weak minded’? Was Beethoven ‘weak minded’?
A kid I knew in school killed himself because of mental illnesses thought to be caused by his upbringing.

Then you should be questioning why is it that society has become so awful that people without limbs are working 12 hours a day and why the fuck on earth do they not have time for dealing with depression and anxiety. Instead of attacking people suffering from mental illness, you should be attacking the scum who cause this shit.
As for gambling addiction, there is an actual science behind it. Just search on YouTube the dark truth about casinos and gambling. There is an actual process they follow to fuck with people’s minds and make them addicted to gambling.
