You get off at a floor and have to walk up or down half a floor to get to the other half of the building.

How does it work in one lift?
Multi story car parks have half floors in the UK too but you can’t get to both floors from one lift. You get off at a floor and have to walk up or down half a floor to get to the other half of the building.
You just need doors on both sides, I think.
This is the case for this lift.
It’s a first for me. I wonder what is the advantage of this over just using integers.
