As the title says, I get the “instance not found” error message when trying to add the lemm.ee server. Other instances work fine.

Not just you. It seems to be affecting servers that already upgraded to 0.18.1 https://github.com/liftoff-app/liftoff/issues/156
I’m also on lemm.ee, but I haven’t had this issue, although I do get “null response” on several tabs in the app.
Hopefully this datapoint helps.
Working now after the latest update.
