I’m surprised the UK hasn’t already designated DWB a terrorist organization at the behest of their masters.

I hope y’all prove me wrong in the future, but much like the US, you seem to be electing people who allow opposition to genocide to be worthy of a terrorist designation.

        https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-09-07/uk-s-burnham-risks-trump-anger-with-new-sanctions-on-israel

British diplomats have privately told the US that the new sanctions Ed Miliband is imposing on Israeli settlements today are largely symbolic and will have no material impact on the UK’s wider relationship with Israel on trade or security

Those sanctions are, in my opinion (and those of others too), performative, and very little, far too late. Not that I don’t welcome them, I just don’t think it’ll have much, if any, impact outside of a bit of optics.

IMHO, if one looks at it as Political Chess, an even worse image emerges:

This wave of settlement “sanctions” which have no real impact on Israel or their genocidal actions are consistent with some European politicians loudly doing “something” that can be claimed to be a “sanction” in order to delay the real and impactful actions that are being demanded by the Public Opinion in their countries (with the notable exception of Germany’s Public Opinion).

By, whilst themselves having near-zero impact, delaying impactful actions which have a much larger chance of changing the way Israel is behaving or reducing Israel’s ability to mass murder their neighbors, these settlement “sanctions” are in fact supporting Israel and their Genocide.

I think these are not neutral, I think they’re negative.
