I’m referring the the Tim Burton adaptation. Does anyone else get irrationally irritated by the fact that Ichabod says that they are at the dawn of the new millennium despite it actually only being the start of a new century. It kind of ruins the movie for me to be honest. Like how did such as glaring mistake get overlooked? Was the same mistake made in the original Irving story? Is there something I’m missing here? Even if it was in the original story, I feel like it should have been omitted.
