When watching Bone Tomahawk I assumed it was a regular western movie, which was probably the best way to get into it.

And I was not prepared for the emotional equivalent of a kick to the nuts in the intro of Up, nor the mood shift in Click.

There are certainly many movies with good plot twists as well, but none of the ones mentioned above really had one. (Perhaps aside from Click, was a long time ago since I saw it so my memory is foggy).
