Warlocking is basically the new magic; you just borrowing access from a much more powerful entity for a fee .

Ugh, cloud magic.

If the service becomes large and widespread enough, using the sorcery might become less like warlocking and witchcraft, and more like clergy

What about the magic where the spells and components are freely published, which have higher orb compatibility than either your old or new magics, and can be easily altered to suit any school you like?
