I have a couple of questions. My CPU has been stuck at 0.8GHZ ever since I updated to 24h2 on windows. I am working on downgrading it back now but throttlestop is showing A BD PROCHOT error and VR THermal under core. I can’t turn off BD PROCHOT in throttlestop due to bios limitations. Under HWinfo64 VR VCC SVID is showing 111C at idle and does not budge. Could this be throwing the BD PROCHOT error?
