I’ve been gaming for years, mostly on mobile and PC. I played PUBG Mobile for around 4-5 years on a budget Android phone, then switched to PC gaming and played Valorant non-stop for months. After that, I got into story-driven games, and now I mainly play them on my TV.

The problem is that when I play these games, my eyes feel a lot of pressure, and I get tired within 10 minutes, especially if I die repeatedly. Recently, I was playing A Plague Tale: Innocence on tv (tcl 43p8 4k), and while I love the game, I had to stop because my head and eyes felt exhausted.

At first, I thought it was because of playing on a TV, but the same thing happens when I try to play PUBG Mobile again on my phone. However, when I play on my laptop (like Valorant), I don’t feel it as much—maybe because I’m not as deeply invested, and I switch between gaming and other activities. That said, I’ve noticed it can happen on my laptop too, but very rarely, since I don’t play on it often.

This issue seems worse when I take a long break (like a month or even a week) and then return to gaming. I never had this problem when I used to game daily for hours. Could it be related to the screens, the type of game, or something else? Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
