I’ve never ever had an account with them or used their app. I only used booking.com and hotels.com and none of them have been able to figure out where this charge come from. It seems to be impossible to get in touch with Agoda’s customer service without a booking number. I’m posting this in case someone knows how to get in touch with them otherwise.
