I work for a firm that assists HNW individuals with wealth planning, and our clients sometimes approach us with random requests. One of the family office managers that we work with recently asked for our opinion on BlackCloak.io as a potential means to improve their security. My initial impression is that the offering is overpriced and provides services that can be obtained much cheaper elsewhere.
