I have 3 jewels in 3 different sizes (S, M, L), I have a silicon plug that’s bigger than the L jewel and I have a Lovense plug which is roughly the same size as the silicon one.     Maybe the silicone plug if you’re comfortable taking it. It will have a bit more flex and give to wear whilst out doing other things

        Bring a zip-loc bag or something to put it in so you can take it out if you start feeling uncomfortable. There’s no need to push yourself and potentially hurt yourself for a bunch of people on the internet
