I suspect it’s a doofus little dog stuck in a loop of trying to hop out of the box. I suspect if something more dramatic was happening it would be happening at the bottom of the box out of view.
Bichons are filled with zoomie energy such that they can start to vibrate if they go too long without zooming. Put a Bichon puppy in a playpen and it will zoom, or try to, in the play pen.
This could be zoomie energy trapped in a tiny box.
Looks like a puppy who hasn’t quite mastered spatial awareness trying to jump out of the box, and he doesn’t get that it’s too tall for that. He looks at the floor every few hops, like he’s trying to figure out why it’s not working.
