Yesterday I sent a FOIA for a copy of the memo Grusch authored about NHI agreements discussed in his News Nation interview. I sent a second request for all unclassified communications between him and DOPSR. I received the same response to both requests last night,

“Greetings!

Thank you for contacting the Defense intelligence Agency’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office. After reviewing your request, it was determined that the information you are seeking is available on our Electronic Reading Room. On this site you will find information related to the following topics: Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program, Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and Unidentified Flying Objects. For your convenience, this is the direct link to that location: Defense Intelligence Agency > FOIA > FOIA Electronic Reading Room (dia.mil). We thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay. At this time, we are taking no further action.”

There are a lot of interesting documents there for sure, but nothing about or by Grusch. Or maybe I’m missing it? So, my take is they are trying to sweep my request under the rug and NOT provide me what I asked for? If so, what is in that memo that we can’t read about? Any ideas on next step?
