Am I the only one who views all of these “updates” and “changes” at AARO as a combination of “look over here” and “don’t worry, we’ve got this from here”?

Changing a website to catch up with bare-minimum implications in a whistleblower report and changing leadership to another DoD lifer are not confidence-inducing — they’re more of the same game of deception to me.

Oooo you have videos and pictures. Wow. We do too. Once again, bare-minimum.

How about this AARO: we’ll listen when you’re a leader in this field, when you have the clearances, guts, and passion to show us you’re doing Reddit-level analysis on legitimate claims, or at least when you stop utilizing semantic loopholes like the word “extraterrestrial” to undermine and hide behind your own charter.

Until you investigate and publicize a report on Grusch’s claims, these various first-hand accounts of reverse-engineering, or show proof that you’re battling with the hidden SAPs or Lockheeds of the world for transparency…. until then… to me, you’re a facade to generate public complacency
