I don’t mean for this to be a “gloom and doom” post. However, I just can’t shake this feeling that a lot of the TBMs are being primed for physical war. " Alma has the best chapters in the Book of Mormon!" “The Constitution will hang by a thread!” Stuff like that. As a PIMO, I’m afraid of the day that, if war somehow does break out, I’d have to hide myself from my family.

I genuinely don’t want a bloody global war to happen. However, given the sheer amount of war glorification, especially Utah, Mormon Church culture, I need help shaking these scary thoughts and making sure I’m in a reasonable mindset, but still prepared for potential extremes.

    It’s good to remember that war aways comes with pillaging, rape, and murder. From every side.
