Please help me- I don’t know what to do

I don’t even know what to say or if this is the right place to say it so please bear with me. Ever since I was little I have always said I see things. When I was a teenager I saw my father in bed with my mother. (My father wasn’t home. It was someone shaped like my father it was his shadow I don’t know why I didn’t question it) I walked by twice- I went to the kitchen and back and saw him in there both times. I then asked my mom where my dad went the third time I passed by and she said he was never in there to begin with.

As an adult I just experienced this with my own husband. He wasn’t in bed with me but I saw him in bed with me. I had just woken up from horrible sleep paralysis turned over saw him (it was dark so no facial features) but he was never there. He didn’t come to bed until hours later. This has been followed by breathing in my ear a few days later. There is so many other things I can talk about but why would something take the shape of my father or my husband?

At 16 I heard my father come home and I heard footsteps downstairs. I knew no one was home so I recorded a video. There is a breath. A breath I KNOW wasn’t mine. I wish I could post this here.

This is the same breath I am starting to hear as an adult. It’s louder. It’s happened multiple times over the months but it has gotten worse the past week.

I have never been one to be a hugeee believer and have always been able to let stuff go but I’m terrified.

There’s so much else I could say and I have so many experiences that are stone cold proof of an after life but I’m so confused why this thing takes shape of my father and now my husband. What does this mean?
