I’m not talking about using the kickstart to install but to generate an iso with all those things setup already.
I’ve tried running flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
in a post block but it doesn’t apply to either the installer or the installed system.
I would also like to enable dark mode in the live session and also on the installed system. As well as change some other defaults like showing hidden files in Nautilus. Is it even possible to set global settings with “gsettings” or something? So every user created gets those defaults.
Our custom iso’s work perfectly fine btw, the next step would be to customise the default configs so it takes even less time to setup a new machine.
I know doing it post-install with a script is easy or during install with another kickstarter but I would like it all done before hand inside the iso.
Thank you for reading and for any help!
