Hello all, as the tile says I am well aware I am underpaid, however, I am worried it might be a bit soon to ask for a raise.

This is my first work place and I’ve been there for about 10 months now.

I have searched the recent hays report, spoken to other people in my position and received offers higher than my present wage, which seems like it should be somewhere around 47k on avg, but im getting minimum wage (38k)

Anyway, would you in my position, ask for a raise immediately or wait a bit more?
