Today’s Ask PHlemmy: What do you regularly buy that you feel guilty about?
Expensive food items but food is necessary so there shouldn’t be guilt, eh
Soda.
I’ve since transitioned to Zero versions of the drink and Rite and lite. Hinahanap hanap talaga ng dila ko ung sweetness ng soda. It has been a very long process (years), but the guilt is there, I’ve just learned not to listen to it lmao.
Food. The inner child in me is shakingggg
Junk food. Kada labas ko ng bahay, for whatever reason, I pass by the local grocery or convenience store to buy junk food.
Instant Pancit Canton :(
unhealthy sa sodium content + plastic sachet containers vv fucking capitalism :(
but i’m tamad and weak. nakayanan ko naman talagang deliberately wag bumili for a while (i bought yung korean unflavored brand instead and assembled my own “sauces”) pero nung nagkapromo yung grocery na may pa-freebie na 3 packs iyaq si aq
