Wow, that’s the saddest news I’ve heard ever.
Next Generation To Take A Pass On Aerosmith
Feb. 11, 2008
They were fun music to listen to before I paid attention and read the lyrics
Is it really heartbreaking if they had like a 50 some odd year music career?
I mean, the guy’s got to be nearly 70 years old by now, right?
From the article it sounds like they were already planning to make their next series of concerts their last
People were still buying tickets for these guys 60 years after their prime?
My mother, who I’m fairly certain has lost her marbles, is buying tickets to bands from the same era (which she never listened to then it since, but apparently does now, see portion regarding marbles being lost).
So it happens, yes. And it’s usually the same crowd that went to see them decades before.
It’s such a weird phenomenon. The same like 5 boomer bands just playing endless tours for over 50 years.
Like damn I get it, I like their music too but surely after the first 30 years of touring your ass off to international success, you’d want to retire lmfao
