Hey everyone I am an electrician with 6 years experience just wondering if anyone has ever seen something like this So I moved into my house like a year ago and I just realized there is no water ground to the panel from the water main however I put an amp probe around the pipe and I have around 6 amps running through the pipe my house neutral appears normal drawing a few amps and the ground rod has no current on it I started shutting off circuits to determine weather or not it was one circuit in particular and it’s not any one particular circuit causing it I already contacted the power company to check the transformer, it will probably be a few days at least till they come, and obviously I will be running a ground to the water main, I’m curious what y’all think though, maybe y’all have any Additional advice ?
