But yeah, the first “town” in the video game Final Fantasy 7 is big city named Midgar. At a few points you get a sky eye view of the city and its set up pretty much like that painting. A huge power plant in the center, sky rise towers surrounding it built on top of various levels of older constructions with slums on the bottom.
