We had 3 of us on level 7 bots dropping them and we maybe hit 80? Granted, we aren’t elite with placement, but when the enemies is engulfed in the fireball and then they walk through it, something is up. I think there are issues with elevation too, if they are too low or too high, it just won’t hit, and Marfark is too hilly to be consistent.
It took my squad of 4 people 6 missions last night to get 200 kills with the 500 kg! That was on difficulty 7 with everyone running it as the free stratagem. It was soooo painful!
Did you take it for yourself in addition to the one free shared 500k?
Nine 500ks between 4 people only took a couple dives at difficulty 5 for us. Dropping it on tiny critter patrols was super effective.
Nah, no one brought extras. 4 bombs a person seemed like overkill. Though most of the time we were using them on Bile Titans, which must have lowered our overall kill count. Still there were a few times I’d throw one on a group of bugs expecting a dozen kills and would get like 3.
Could have met in the middle and had two take it, then you would have some spares for not Bile Titans.
Definitely going to get fewer kills if you mainly use them on the big ones.
It was ok if you dropped an ems strike onto a couple bug breaches and then dropped as many 500kgs as you could doing the defend mission. Took 3 missions, possibly two if you took the Ems strike on the first one .
that’s a lot of setup for what should be a big fuck off bomb.
